We have worked with the same professional photographer for over 13 years, offering HD photos that get your home noticed in both print marketing and on the internet. We also offer drone photography when the listing warrants it.

Print Marketing

Print marketing is a strong component of our marketing plan. When buyers are making an emotional connection with your home, we support that in a tactile way. We create beautiful, full color two-sided flyers, home feature cards that point out the assets of your home, and market the home to the neighbors via mail.

Through Coldwell Banker Bain and the NWMLS, your listing will be syndicated out and available at real estate search sites throughout the world where buyers are searching for homes like yours. Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo Real Estate, and REALTOR.com will all have your listing available for searching buyers.
